Lemon Water Lemon water is made just by squeezing some lime in warm or cold water. Pure lemon juice can erode the tooth enamel (due to Citric acid), so it’s important to dilute it with water. Lemon juice with warm water helps in quick weight loss as it promotes digestion & increases the metabolic rate. It's health benefits are limitless, & all due to Citric acid & Vitamin-C.
