Physical touch 🤲 is a restorative practice that fosters connection. You can try a simple routine before bed, like massaging a lotion, cream, or salve with essential oils. Lavender 🌿, for example, is a lovely choice that promotes relaxation and healing through the reflex points on the feet. I began foot zoning my babies 👶 from birth, and even worked on my grandmother 👵 at age 82!
