Your eyes were never designed for screens. The 20-20-20 Rule: Every 20 minutes → look at something 20 feet away → for 20 seconds. This relaxes the ciliary muscle the one that locks up from close focus and causes: - headaches - blurred vision - dry eyes - neck tension - Set a timer. Do it once.
