👀☕️Cortisol timing (most people get this backwards) Cortisol is your body's natural alarm clock. It peaks 30–45 minutes after waking. This is why you should NOT drink coffee immediately after waking. You already have peak alertness. Coffee on top of that: → Builds caffeine tolerance faster → Increases anxiety → Causes a harder afternoon crash Wait 90 minutes after waking. Then have coffee.
