A detailed description of slashing of idle validators (TIP-13) and slashing of cheating validators (TIP-14) is ready. Slashing is one of the most important parts of network stability and security. At the moment, most validators use mytonctrl with already implemented slashing of idle and cheating validators. We ask all validators who do not use mytonctrl to make their scripts that implement voting for complaints as detailed in https://github.com/newton-blockchain/TIPs/issues/13#issuecomment-814360053
