Validators please update your software to the latest commit 4f0480b from the repo https://github.com/newton-blockchain/ton. This network update aims to improve stability, launch the TON-ETH bridge and nominator-pools (a system for lending stakes to validators). You can read more about the changes here. This update is required to take further steps.
