Balancer [BAL] is hacked - around $116M in assets stolen The outflows included about 6,587 WETH ($24.5M), 6,851 osETH ($26.9M), and 4,260 wstETH ($19.3M) — altogether suggesting that tens of millions in assets have been moved out of the protocol’s vaults. Details: • Only V2 pools were affected; • Withdrawals from pools were stopped; • Protocol forks are also at risk; • Berachain suspended the network for an emergency hard fork following the Balancer hack. We’re aware of a potential exploit impacting Balancer v2 pools. Our engineering and security teams are investigating with high priority.
