Plume secures Bermuda Digital Asset License Plume's Bermuda subsidiary, Kimber Digital Assets Bermuda (KDAB), has been granted a Class M Digital Asset Business License by the BMA - making it the world's first regulated on-chain vault manager. This puts Plume in the same peer group as Circle, Coinbase, and Kraken, all operating under Bermuda's DABA framework. The vault model works like an ETF, but on-chain: users deposit assets, receive proportional shares, earn yield, and redeem at NAV - all via immutable smart contracts.
