🗺 Uzbekistan 🇺🇿 Bukhara (Uzbek: Buxoro) is one of the oldest cities in Central Asia and the administrative center of the Bukhara Region in Uzbekistan. It is located in an oasis in the lower reaches of the Zeravshan River. During the developed Middle Ages, Bukhara was a center of culture, science, and Muslim theology for the entire Middle East and Near East. In 1993, the historic center of the city was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. As of January 1, 2020, the population of Bukhara was 280,187 people. #Uzbekistan @voyage
