Bosnia and Herzegovina🇧🇦 Mostar is a city in the south of Bosnia and Herzegovina, unique in that it harmoniously blends two cultures, European and Asian, and two religions, Islam and Christianity. 🏡🌿🌺 The town got its name from a bridge built by the Ottoman Turks in the mid-16th century, known as the Old Bridge. The city's main attraction was destroyed in the 1990s during the Bosnian War. However, by the 2000s, the bridge over the Neretva River, connecting the two parts of the city, was rebuilt, becoming a symbol of a return to peaceful life. #BosniaHerzegovina @voyage
