📍China, City of Luoyang 🇨🇳 The city of Luoyang is one of the seven ancient capitals of China, located near the great Yellow River. It lost its capital status in the 10th century and was captured by Tungusic tribes in the 12th century, who inhabited the territory of Manchuria. From that moment, Luoyang began to decline. Its restoration is attributed to the reign of the communist regime in China, during which the city was rebuilt.
