Disciplined People: — Level 5 Leadership: Leaders who are ambitious for the company and demonstrate a blend of humility and professional will. — First Who, Then What: Ensuring the right people are on the bus and in the right seats before deciding where to drive it. 2. Disciplined Thought: — Confront the Brutal Facts: Creating a culture where people can face uncomfortable truths without losing faith. — Hedgehog Concept: Finding the intersection of what you are deeply passionate about, what you can be the best in the world at, and what drives your economic engine. 3. Disciplined Action: — Culture of Discipline: Combining a culture of discipline with an ethic of entrepreneurship. — Technology Accelerators: Using technology to accelerate growth, but not relying on it as the primary driver.
