Found out useful material from Y Combinator, you might be interested in. It is for startup founders, but is so relevant for product owners/product managers. Many products are obsessed with developing a product. And it is understandable. However, it takes a lot of effort to give a product momentum, so wasting your time in developing of a product and automating processes that doesn't have momentum yet is not a good idea. In the early days, it's not about developing but about creating all the possible momentum so that you can lift the product off the ground. Don't obsess with developing a product, because there's no avoiding the hard work. Embrace the hard work and you'll find your product growing faster 🚀 In the next series of posts, will share how we’re doing things that don’t scale with Alif Avia in a startup mode in Alif Uzbekistan @beyond_u8
