Telegram's beta version for iOS 11.12 (30793) introduces a new feature allowing users to send messages to channel admins. The message fee ranges from 0 to 10,000 Telegram stars. This functionality was initially seen in Telegram for macOS. This feature remains in early testing, is limited to the test server, and could be modified in future updates.
