A young Russian couple involved in the cryptocurrency business was recently kidnapped in Buenos Aires' Palermo district by two Chechen individuals. The attackers demanded a $43,000 cryptocurrency ransom. However, the woman bravely escaped to a balcony to call for help, leading to a swift police response that freed the hostages. The kidnappers fled to the UAE and are now subject to an international red notice from Interpol.
