A donation wallet for Ross Ulbricht, founder of the defunct Silk Road darknet marketplace, recently received a 300 BTC transaction, valued at approximately $31.4 million. The source of these funds is unknown, leading to speculation that Ulbricht, who received a pardon from President Trump in January, might use them to launder hidden assets. This comes after Coinbase CPO Conor Grogan previously identified 430 BTC in wallets allegedly linked to Ulbricht, untouched for 13 years and separate from the 174,000 BTC seized from Silk Road.
