Telegram is turning into money-hungry platform everyday. Telegram is reportedly preparing to monetize its channel search functionality. Leaked code from beta version 11.14 indicates a future update that will limit free searches across all channels to a certain daily quota. Exceeding this limit will necessitate the use of "stars," which will be charged per search, including for channels you are not subscribed to. @unofficial
