Apple has launched a Business Chat! Business Chat is a bid to turn iMessage into a communication platform and make it one of the main ways of interaction with businesses. These conversations will include basic text chats, but Apple is also offering support and structure for more complex interactions, like scheduling an appointment. Unfortunately, Business Chat is limited to human-to-human conversations for now. I hope they’ll add chatbots support in the nearest future.
