I’ve recently been phished for 0.79 eeth staked on etherfi. It was either a rogue link that I pushed or a Cointool hack. But it got me thinking: why is it in order to deposit eth I need to do 2 transactions: 1 approve 2 deposit and for hacker to steal my eth it is only one transaction needed of which I am not even notified? Wouldn’t it make a lot of sense to have also 2 transaction for transfers just like for deposits?
