@UptoTGBot and @Renamer_bot have serious down time since past three days, it is actually a server side issue because most of the bots that's hosted in heroku are experiencing the same, anyway both the bots are now up and it's been bit late to notify and sorry for the inconvenience. NB: Still i don't know how long this issue will last so let's keep our fingers crossed and wait until they fix it.
