@UptoTGbot is up again with Minor update I have noticed that many users are spamming the bot by sending multiple request at a time but as have mentioned earlier server of this bot is not as powerful so that may leads other users for slowing down of response, to prevent these spammers now you can only process a single request at a time and you cannot do parallel multiple uploads @W4RR10R
