Two-level loft 45 sq.m (+ mezzanine) in the building of a former factory in Moscow. The ceiling height is 4.3 m. The bedroom area was raised to the podium and separated by a sliding partition made of glass and metal. On the second level there is a wardrobe and a shower room. Architects Dmitry Ovcharov and Elena Mertsalova (nefa architects).
