We have worked really hard (and very long 😅 sorry for that!) to deliver you the next amazing update! If you update your Telegram Desktop to the 0.9.13 stable version (and all other official Telegram apps to the next version as well) you'll be able to appoint admins in any of your groups — the exact list of guys who can change the group title / photo and invite / remove group members. Even more, if you host a really huge community that exceeds 200 members limit, you'll be able to upgrade your 200-members group to a supergroup, which has a 1000 members limit and some other benefits. IMPORTANT NOTE! Only the last versions of Telegram applications can access this new supergroups, so perhaps you should wait a while, while the major part of your 200-members group upgrades their apps (or at least discuss this within the group itself).
