🇬🇦Gabon Faces Oil Pollution 🌏 The Ministry of Environment, Ecology and Climate of Gabon confirmed that 2 oil slicks around 90-95 sq. km are now floating off the countrie's coastline near Mayumba. The Ministry recommends that local people "temporarily limit the use of natural resources in the impacted areas, in particular fishing, swimming, the collection of non-wood forest products and leisure activities" Who and how caused this pollution remains unknown.
