There are 7 types of poop 💩. The shape of your poop is a big clue about your overall gut health. Ideally, your poop should be type 3 or 4 on the scale. If you're closer to type 1 or 2, you're likely constipated, while type 5 through 7 mean you're closer to diarrhea. 🔔@Everything_Science
