Real corpses were used in the 1982 film Poltergeist. The reason that real skeletons were used in the movie is because it was actually cheaper and more cost-effective than creating and using plastic fake ones. JoBeth Williams, the actress who falls in the pool with the skeletons, was not made aware that they were real skeletons until after she finished shooting the scene. 🔔@Everything_Science
