Time changes perspectives. What you are so stressed about right now might not even matter if you look back in a few years down the road. Or what seems less significant, less immediately impactful such as building the right habits, following your passion, going the extra mile for your health may turn out to be critical in some years into the future. Think in the context of various time frames if you really want to understand the significance of something. #observations#bigPicture#time

A question I got asked multiple times recently: "how to build meaningful relationships with your mentors and have them give you good advice?" I think one just needs to repeat 2 steps: 1. Ask good questions. Because it shows your commitment and self-motivation. You can't expect anyone to take you seriously if you ask questions which are one google search away. 2. Actually take their advice, implement it, and report back. Your mentor will be motivated to allocate more of his precious resources for you if you diligently take the advice and come back with results. #QA#mentorship

Don't wait until you lose what you already have to be able to appreciate it. If you can pay attention, a simple observation of the life around you is more than enough to realize you are now blessed with so many things that others lack. This is why thankfulness is the number one ingredient to true happiness. #thankfulness#mindset#happiness

So many of the little things you're worried about right now will not even matter in the bigger horizon of time. Ask yourself how relevant what you're doing at the moment will be in 5, 10, 20 years from now. Don't get caught up in the little details when making long term decisions. #mindset#bigPicture

The power of giving first is so underrated. It sounds ironic, but in general, you actually receive more in return by giving first. It applies to just about anything: finance, business, relationships or just general human behavior. One can find many philosophers, entrepreneurs and successful people advocating various ideas that actually stem from this concept of giving, and finding the courage and generosity to be the first at it. Edge cases, however, do happen, and one might encounter people who feel entitled to their generosity, and not appreciate it. But that's not a reason to stop being the first to give (in whatever context), rather a sign to just move on. #powerOfGiving#generosity#personalGrowth#mindset#humanBehavior

Always surround yourself with high-quality people. Because who you bring into your environment inevitably changes you, which is why you don't want negative, toxic individuals with too many undesirable traits polluting it. #personalGrowth

I think any ambitious goal can be achieved by properly managing the two most important resources a human can ever have: time and health. We cannot directly store these resources, we can only try to use them efficiently. And how we spend them every day dictates what the rest of our lives will be like. So we'd better spend them wisely, at least most of the time. #efficiency#goals#time#resources

I would argue that a decent person would likely regret settling for something that doesn't satisfy them than not settling at all. There are almost always infinite other options as long as you're able to see them. #mindset

Life is like a strategic game, but you only have one shot at it. In the beginning, one has no knowledge of its rules, how everything works in it, and what the ultimate goal is. So the most important skill you can ever have to win this "game" is the ability to learn as you "play" it, and having the courage to be open-minded about your surroundings while doing so. But those who are too arrogant to question what they think is true, or regard themselves as extremely special beings are destined to fail miserably. I think one should remind this to themselves from time to time. #randomThoughts#life

Grouping people by their gender, skin color or any other characteristics, and providing individual laws, benefits or punishment is in my opinion the best way to increase polarization and hatred in a society. It eventually leads to more and more divided groups of population, which is the opposite of what a society should strive for. Social norms, attitudes and laws should instead aim for uniting people more. #society#polarization

Automating your most frequent tasks is a crucial thing I found in preserving your mental capacity for more important matters every day. Mental capacity to be creative, make good decisions or focus on things should not be wasted on things which technology or simple habits can automate. #productivity#mentalCapacity
