Julia Davis (Twitter) Scott Ritter reportedly claimed the investigators were at his home to execute a search warrant related to concerns the U.S. government has about violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Authorities carried more than two dozen boxes out of Ritter's house.
