"Hey there, Russia, mother country..." is a lyrical poem by Sergei Yesenin, written in 1914 and published in 1916 in the collection "Radunitsa". (Included in the school curriculum.) 🌻The history of the creation of the poem is closely connected with the life circumstances of S. Yesenin. It came out from the pen of the young poet in 1914, when he moved to Moscow. 🌻Strained relations with his father, who believed that writing was not the best way to provide for himself, his first serious love, and the choice between study and service. All these experiences became the impetus for writing the poem. 🌻When the poet began to yearn for a quiet life in the countryside, he turned to rural themes. In the early period of his work, this layer occupies a prominent place. 🇷🇺 + 🇬🇧texts of the poem Translated by Peter Tempest Video: АlesioGally #poetry #Russian_culture #brief_and_interesting 😎RCR | Support | Boost
