This striped diplomat apparently decided to take a visa-free stroll into China. 🔻Are things so bad in Russia that even the tigers are defecting? Well, as Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin said: Границы России нигде не заканчиваются. Russia's borders don't end anywhere.
