Summary of the Israeli official policy so far in this war: - They will flatten all Shia and Sunni towns up to 5-8 km in the Lebanon from the Israeli border and establish up to 13 new bases in Lebanon - Israel will unlikely have enough soliders to occupy all the south litani area and stay there so they might evade all major battles and instead focus on easy ones to avoid any human costs - They will use the new occupied areas as new pressure on the Lebanese state to disarm Hezbullah north of the Litani river - Israel says rocket fire from Lebanon is not going to stop because majority if not all rockets are being fired from the north after the Lebanese army successfully disarmed most of Hezbullah in the south Litani area - Israel will not demolish Christian towns but will ethnically raze and wipe out major Lebanese towns and cities in south Lebanon in a clear war crime that if done by anyone else as a clear official policy they would have been sanctioned and condemned by the U.N security council
