Community Distribution Stages Stage 1: KYC Registration Period June 8, 2025 at 3:00 PM UTC — June 11, 2025 at 2:59 PM UTC All participants must complete KYC on Buidlpad during this window to be eligible for our Sahara AI Community Distribution. This is a mandatory step before the Subscription phase. Stage 2: Subscription Period June 10, 2025 at 3:00 AM UTC — June 11, 2025 at 2:59 PM UTC Users can register their interest in our $SAHARA Community Distribution by subscribing on Buidlpad. No assets are committed at this stage, but subscription is required to move forward. Subscribing does not guarantee participation. Stage 3: Participants Review Ends on June 14, 2025 at 3:00 PM UTC To help us ensure fair and transparent participation, this phase is used to detect and disqualify ineligible entries, including sybil, bot, and farming activity. Participation is limited to eligible residents of certain jurisdictions. Participants will be able to check their eligibility status on the Buidlpad page and proceed to contribute. Stage 4: Contribution Period June 14, 2025 at 3:00 PM UTC — June 15, 2025 at 2:59 PM UTC Eligible users can contribute using $USD1 (ERC-20/BEP-20) or equivalent in native $BNB to secure a potential share of Buidlpad’s $SAHARA allocation once the token generation event (TGE) occurs. • Minimum Contribution: $50 • Maximum Contribution: $3,000 Over-contributions will be refunded after settlement. Any excess contributions or disqualified entries will be refunded in the same token used for payment — either $USD1 (ERC-20/BEP-20) or native $BNB Priority Allocations for Active Community Members Buidlpad will allocate up to 30% of our Community Distribution to engaged members of the Sahara AI ecosystem. This includes active contributors, creators, and long-time supporters of Sahara AI. To be considered, submit Sahara-related content (posts, videos, articles) by June 7, 2025, at 1:00 AM UTC to https://buidlpad.com/projects/sahara-ai Buidlpad will email the approved and eligible participants a unique code by June 10, 00:00 AM UTC, granting a priority contribution option ranging from $150 to $2,000. Priority allocations are protected from dilution, meaning you can acquire $SAHARA Tokens for the amount specified in your email, regardless of overall demand! Priority allocations will vary by participant. All priority users must still complete the Subscription and Contribution using their code. If you choose to contribute more than your priority allocation amount, the extra contribution will be subject to the standard allocation calculation and may be subject to dilution depending on the overall contribution. Claim Fee Structure A claim fee of 0.5% will be applied to your final allocation by Buidlpad only if you successfully participate in the Community Distribution and eventually receive a token allocation valued above $50. This fee supports essential components of the distribution process, including KYC verification, compliance, security, and manual anti-sybil measures designed to block fake accounts and farming behavior. These safeguards are critical to maintaining a fair and transparent environment for all participants. No fee will be charged if your participation is unsuccessful.
