happy nothing day 😊 today is officially a good day to not do much forget about crypto for a while, do nothing, and don’t feel guilty about it 09:00 – wake up, don’t rush 10:00 – drink coffee or tea, stare at the celling 11:30 – check your telegram, close it again 13:00 – eat something without scrolling 15:00 – go for a walk with no destination 17:00 – do one small thing slowly 19:00 – sit quietly for five minutes 21:00 – think about nothing in particular 23:00 – sleep without planning tomorrow this day is not about escaping the internet it’s about noticing how rarely we allow ourselves to stop so if today feels quiet, empty, or a bit slow -> that’s the point 👩‍💻
