📸 Independence Day, 1941 84 years ago, Independence Day was celebrated in somewhat different circumstances. Street fighting on Independence Day in -34 degree frost in Karhumäki, Eastern Karelia, on December 6, 1941. A high price has been paid for Finland's independence.
