The local farmer I've been helping with solar bought batteries last spring and never put them in service. He's built one battery so far using the box plans I published here. We're charging it with 4amps and it's been charging since last Wednesday night.... it's taking a while. It's at the pregnant pause stage where various cells are hitting 3.6v and charging stops while the active balancer is distributing their power into the lower voltage cells. He should be done today.
