Overpaneling again.... The panels on the barn are connected to the same model inverter as the ones in orange. Despite them being at a much flatter angle and covered with ice, they make more power than the panels mounted in the yard at the correct angle for winter. The difference is 12kw of panels on a 6kw inverter vs 7.5 kw of panels on a 6kw inverter. In the end I've been buying power all day never made more than 10kwh today. No matter how many panels you have you always need an alternate source of power.
