Sharing with ya'll. I highly recommend using sketchup for free online for a cad program. It has a library of fixtures, cabinets, beds, toilets etc. I've included the cad file here if any of you are feeling frisky. The only gotcha on this is that the lofts have a 7' ceiling height. Our daughter was talking about building a tiny house and we looked at a shed conversion but once the walls are on the outside I can't add things like mylar coated OSB... so we looked at just building something outright for her. Although this has a 16' ceiling in the middle it only uses 20 16' studs. We haven't built this because she changed her mind and bought a camper trailer.
