You're either in the THINKER mode or DOER mode at a time. You don't "do" when you're thinking. You don't "think" when you're doing. If you spend more time "thinking", you'd do very little, and still feel stressed. If you spend more time "doing", you'd think very little. The idea is to think more BEFORE starting something, and very less when you start doing. Once you start "doing", you have to do so much and so hard that you don't have to "think" again to do. Your mind, body and soul must be on "autopilot". No "whats", "whos", "wheres", "whens" or "hows" when you're doing. And when you're playing against experienced "vampires" and "whales", they'd "eat you up" before your last thinking is complete. Very few will get this.
