Andrei Rudskoi joins the Supreme Council of United Russia 🇷🇺 On December 17, the XXI Congress of «United Russia» rotated the Supreme and General Councils of the party. Annual rotation of members of the governing and central bodies of the party is supposed to be in accordance with the legislation and the charter of the party. Andrei Rudskoi, rector of the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, joined the Supreme Council.
