🇬🇧#UK: Four ambulances belonging to the Jewish charity “Hatzola” were set on fire earlier this morning in Golders Green, London. CCTV footage shows three hooded men pouring petrol on one of the ambulances before setting it alight. Multiple cylinders (presumably oxygen tanks) exploded during the fire, shattering windows in nearby flats. The attack was allegedly claimed by Harakat Ashab al-Yamin al-Islamiya (The Islamic Movement of the People of the Right Hand), an Iranian-aligned group that has also claimed responsibility for similar attacks in Belgium and Amsterdam. Despite this claim, and the involvement of counterterrorism police, authorities have stated that they are not treating the incident as a terrorist attack “at this stage". (via BBC)
