🇺🇦#Ukraine - 🇷🇺#Russia: Russia's VNIIR-Progress military plant in Cheboksary was struck twice, once overnight and once just earlier by Ukrainian drones. The plant specializes in producing EW (Electronic Warfare) equipment, as well as components that are integrated into Shahed drones and several other types of missiles. (📹 via @NOELreports)
