But there are more and more women bodyguards who beat gender stereotypes and potential adversaries. They’re trained, fast and intelligent - but women bodyguards always have to prove they are fit for the job. Many male sceptics say women are prone to mood swings and lack physical strength. However, female bodyguards have certain advantages - they are less likely to attract attention than a stereotypical male bodyguard and are more likely to resolve a conflict rather than escalate it.
