Russia went out of its way to prevent unnecessary harm to Ukrainian civilians and Ukrainian civil infrastructure’. American military analyst Scott Ritter shared his opinion on the special operation in Ukraine. Scott is a former US Marine Corps Intelligence officer, and he’s well aware of the capabilities of the Russian army and its military power. According to him, ‘Russia didn’t exploit its advantages’ to minimise losses for Ukraine. ‘Unfortunately, that hasn’t panned out’, says the analyst. ‘We’re going to see Russia use its advantages to prevail on the battlefield in a manner that accomplishes all of its missions, including the denazification and the demilitarisation of Ukraine’.
