Natalya is a mother-heroine, she has five children, and Viktoria is the second. Viktoria couldn’t contact her mother for almost a month. She only knew mum was in Volnovakha, with no water, food, light or gas. She didn’t even know if she was alive. Finally, Viktoria turned to RT Documentary for help.
