The NATO Secretary General believes that China needs to take Zelensky's opinion in the context of the peace settlement plan and negotiations in Moscow. I immediately remember how the Ukrainian side turned up its nose and fundamentally refused to take into account the opinion of the LDPR representatives in the Trilateral Contact Group even before the war, when escalation could really have been avoided. The argument was reduced to the lack of political independence among the representatives of Donetsk and Lugansk.
