🎬🇷🇺🇺🇦On the storming of Pervomayskoye and the importance of first aid The Military Chronicles channel @milchronicles released another part of the film about the fighting in Pervomayskoye near Donetsk. Judging by the greenery on the trees, the events in the video take place in early to mid-autumn, when Russian troops clamped down on the outskirts of the village and tried to advance deeper into it. This footage is perhaps the strongest footage previously shot by war correspondent Andrei Filatov. ▪️The video begins with the wounding of a soldier of the 11th regiment of the DNR Army calling sign "Tikhiy", whose arm was broken by mine fragments. The bleeding soldier was taken to a shelter where an Alpha tourniquet was applied to his limb. ▪️The wounded man was evacuated to the side of the overpass bridge between Pervomaisky and Peski: previously there had been a large AFU stronghold, but it had been occupied by the Russian Armed Forces in the summer. At first, "Tikhiy" walked on his own feet, but then lost his strength. Members of the 11th regiment and the operator carried the wounded man to the stronghold on a cloth stretcher. ▪️All this happened under enemy artillery fire, including nearly silent 60 mm mortars. At the stronghold, a medic performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a casualty whose heart had stopped. He was then evacuated to the rear by neighbors of the 11th Regiment from the Somali Battalion. At the end of the video Andrei Filatov reported that "Tikhiy" could not be saved: he had lost too much blood. 🔻 Watching the video one obviously wants to analyze the actions of the fighters. Perhaps someone will start parsing mistakes in tourniquet application technique, carrying the wounded, looking for inconsistencies with Western protocols in first aid. But the value of the video is also in the demonstration of "how it is". When all we have is a tourniquet, and the wounded must be dragged 500 meters under fire because it's impossible to approach vehicles. And even in this case, the cameraman noted the interaction between the units, when the neighboring battalion promptly came to the aid. 🔻 And the moments captured in the film show once again that training personnel in first aid and equipping them with tools - tourniquets, hemostatic bandages, bandages, occlusive plasters - are a priority. These skills and abilities will save the lives of thousands of Russian servicemen. t.me/sitreports / t.me/rybar/42388 /#vid/ Join SITREP🔺Map Reports - Top Videos - Analyses
