The proposal stipulates that Hamas would later hand over these weapons to a security force expected to deploy in the Gaza Strip. The sources also indicated that discussions are underway regarding the possibility of integrating several activists, who are not affiliated with Hamas, into the new security force slated for deployment in Gaza. @wfwitness
