💸How I Earned $20,000+ from Design Today at the IT Community, I casually shared with a student how I managed to earn over $20,000 from clients in Uzbekistan within just 3 to 6 months. (The actual amount might be a bit more or less.) Surprisingly, the university Rector overheard the conversation and — assuming I was one of their students — came up and started a chat. Do you believe it’s possible to make this kind of income by selling design services here in Uzbekistan? Would you be interested if I shared exactly how I achieved this? ‼️ Just for context: I’m officially registered as a self-employed specialist and I do pay taxes. If this post gets enough "🔥" reactions, I’ll share the full story soon! @sukhrob_design

✨ Figma is more than just a graphic editor! Figma is not only a powerful design tool — it's also home to a global community of millions of designers. It treats designers not just as users, but as creatives. ⠀ And every creative wants to work in an environment that suits their personality and inspires them. ⠀ That’s why I submitted a suggestion on the Figma Forum to allow interface theme personalization for designers. ⠀ Just like launcher themes on mobile - where everyone can choose a style that makes their workspace feel personal and visually pleasing. @sukhrob_design // #figma#feature

What I've learned from 50+ client projects: 1. The best clients value clarity over cleverness 2. Setting boundaries early avoids drama later 3. If you skip the strategy, expect revisions 4. Being "easy to work with" doesn't mean saying yes to everything 5. Most scope creep starts with one "quick thing" 6. Design proposals aren't optional 7. Your tone matters just as much as your talent 8. Clients remember how you made them feel, not how fancy the UI was @sukhrob_design // #client

🧠 What is Data-Driven Design and Why Is It Important? Design is not just about aesthetics. It serves to solve user problems, create a smooth experience, and help users get the most out of a product. To achieve this, relying solely on intuition is not enough — decisions should be backed by real data. The term "data-driven design" refers to making design decisions based on actual user data. Data-driven design is based on: — User behavior (traffic and session analytics) — Heatmaps — A/B testing results 🎯The goal:not to guess what the user wants, but to know for sure. For example: — If users are abandoning your registration form, the form might be too long or poorly structured. — If buttons aren’t being clicked, they might be in the wrong place or not visually compelling. Such problems are revealed by analytics — and solved by the designer. When you base your design decisions on real user data, you can create not just beautiful, but also useful and effective products. @sukhrob_design // #productdesign
