Android 12 support - Android 12 is now fully supported. In a future release, you will also see Material You theme support. - Swift Backup now targets Android 12 (SDK 31) and requires the new 'All files access' permission. Shizuku support On non-rooted devices, Swift Backup now supports Shizuku and can perform many batch actions with ADB access provided by Shizuku. ✅ Below app related features work in Shizuku mode as these features only require ADB access: - Batch Backup of supported* app parts (*See below) - Batch Restore of supported* app parts without user interaction (*See below) - Batch Enable/Disable apps - Batch Uninstall apps - Backup/Restore of app permissions - Toggling battery optimization state of an app ❌ Below features don't work in Shizuku mode and ABSOLUTELY require root access: - App 'Data' backup/restore i.e. the 'real' internal data that stores app login details, settings, databases, etc. - On Android 11 (R), app External Data and Expansion backup/restore.
