IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STUDENTS Dear Students, Please take note of the following guidelines regarding document requests and office operations: 📄 Enrollment Certificates (Proof of Study) Processing Time: Up to 3 working days. Required Information: To request a certificate, you must provide your Full Name (Surname, First Name, Patronymic) and Date of Birth. Please plan your requests in advance to avoid delays. 🕒 Student Support Office Hours Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Saturday & Sunday: Closed (Days off). Important: We kindly ask you to refrain from calling or messaging during weekends and outside of working hours.
